Holistic Fitness Coach + Yoga Instructor + Reiki Practitioner
Aubrey has been passionate about health and fitness for over a decade, finding peace and power through physical exercise, nourishing meals, and all things wellness. Throughout her own journey, she has self-studied a myriad of health-related topics and explored the realms of spirituality, making her own discoveries as to how the mind, body, and soul respond to the way we treat ourselves.
Aubrey attained her 200-hour Yoga Instructor Certification in 2019 through The Little School of Yoga, her Personal Trainer Certification through NASM in 2021, and her Reiki Energy Healing Practitioner certification through Awakening Transformation in 2022. Through these modalities of physical movement, energy healing, and her own journey of self-discovery, Aubrey uncovered the root causes of anxiety, adrenal fatigue, depression, substance use, and disempowerment.
She now has the honor of sharing her discoveries with women who are moving through similar struggles and who desire to live the life they know they deserve. Her approach of Intentional Living encompasses holistic fitness + wellness, using plants and movement as medicine, nourishing lifestyle practices, and a devotion to finding sustained balance within the body and as a result, in life.
To truly be embodied means to have access to our gifts, our pleasure, and our mission here on Earth. We are all co-creators of our reality; the creatrix of our own life and how good it feels to us in every moment.
